Special thanks to Bruce Tallman ‘Technical Service Manager’ for conducting training sessions this month in both Auckland 26-28th and Christchurch 29-30th August.
Bruce leads the technical service department at Walker Manufacturing Company. Bruce oversees warranties, training, customer service, customer technical service and technical documentation. Bruce enjoys applying his diverse background and skills to the lawn mower business and interacting with people from around the world.
Training is valuable to Walker NZ Dealers Nationwide, and the classes had full attendance.
From these courses, NZ Walker Dealer staff gain a broader understanding of servicing / maintenance schedules / warranty of walker mower equipment.
